Services
I offer a range of coaching services and packages. Coaching can be funded independently, by your employer or through the Access to Work Scheme.
Package length depends entirely on your needs however, a minimum of six sessions is recommended to ensure accountability and support progress so that you can set goals and track how well it is going.
Find out more about the different funding options below or use the contact form at the end of the page if you have a question.

Independently-Funded Coaching
Funding coaching yourself is a great investment. Your coaching will allow you to plan for different areas of your life including employment, managing household tasks and relationships with others.

Independently-funded coaching allows you to book a package length of your choice to match your needs, goals and affordability. This is also a great choice for individuals who are awaiting funding from elsewhere.

You may choose to work on a specific area of your life such as how to manage your finances and strategies for reducing overspending or ways to increase your income. If you have ADHD, you may find that you are impulsive or struggle to understand why your finances are in a specific state and would benefit from coaching support to navigate this. Other areas you may like to focus on include decluttering areas of your home or office, navigating through workplace conflicts, working through employment options, challenges with relationships; however, the aims are set by you.

Employer-Funded
Coaching

Employers can offer funding for coaching for their employees. This is a great way to support neurodivergent staff or those experiencing challenges in the workplace such as overwhelm, time management or working with their team. You can request this from Occupational Health or during an appraisal or, it can be proactive to speak to your manager if you feel it would support you in your role.
Sessions funded by your employer may have a specific aim or focus however, confidentiality will always be maintained and what is discussed within your sessions remains led by you. Typically, your employer will stipulate a specific number of sessions and will allow you time out of your working role to attend. I would recommend a 12 or 24 week package for employer-funded coaching of 1 hour sessions, however, I welcome contact from you or your employer to discuss how this could work and determine a suitable package length. If you need support on creating a request for coaching from your employer, feel free to use the contact form below or book a discovery session to chat about it.

Access to Work-Funded
Coaching
The Government Access to Work scheme can be used to fund coaching. The purpose of the service is to support individuals who have a condition or need which means they are unable to do their job at the same level as the colleagues without their condition or need.

Individuals do not need to have a diagnosis but they do need to explain the challenges they have in their role and demonstrate how these are above and beyond reasonable adjustments already provided by their employer. Individuals must be employed or self-employed and should complete the application process linked below.

Access to work fund a specific number of sessions and will often specify the type of coaching required. If you would like to use your award with me, please get in touch to book a free discovery session.
